Our incredibly tight-knit finance team vets every dollar that moves in and out of our company. They work hard to ensure our company is running as smooth as butter, and they certainly make our office a jolly place as well! They love continuously learning about finances, so let’s take a moment to learn about them too!

Daigo Wada

What brought you to join the finance field?
“I’ve always liked math and solving problems and having a specific answer to the question. There’s no fudging numbers especially dollars and cents.”
What’s one industry secret you can indulge us with?
“The things you don’t see make your house good to great like extra insulation and drywall to dampen sound, better floors truss so your floors don’t squeak, it may cost more and not show how fancy it is but it will be worth it.”
Looking to the near future, what are you looking forward to most with JayMarc?
“For me, it’s how much I can take on for our Custom Homes department. I want to be able to do it all and know the ins and outs of the company. Custom is a whole new beast that we are learning how to tame.”

“Always ask if your vendors provide discounts for paying early – every penny counts!”
What brought you to join the finance field?

What is the most treasured thing (person, item, hobby) in your life and why?
“My son! At the risk of sounding cliché, he’s taught me so much about myself and life in his 10 short years – more than I’ve learned in my 33+ years.”
