At JayMarc, you’ll get the same warranty on your new home as all builders in the Seattle area – it’s a state requirement. 

However, what sets our warranty apart from other home builder’s is we always make good on any warranty claim and service request you may have.

Beyond that, we provide our homeowners access to JayMarc’s proprietary homeowner portal. 

This digital platform is an easy way to connect with us, learn more about your warranty coverage, and explore helpful home maintenance tips.

To arrange a viewing of our available new construction homes, select from the following options:

1. Contact one of our new home specialists to arrange a private viewing or to have any of your questions answered.

2. Check our Available Homes page and select the homes you’d like to view. Visit the home between Wednesday – Sunday, from 12 pm to 4 pm.

Customizations can only be done on JayMarc’s pre-sale homes, not on our currently available, move-in ready selections.

Customizations on presale homes are possible but limited to certain interior and exterior design choices. What you can customize depends on the building stage of the home at the time you purchase it.
